Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what Roof Pros Direct collects through this website and what we do with it. Roof Pros Direct is a trade name of FPD Inc. and a sister company of Fence Pros Direct. We provide residential roofing services in Rhode Island. Our business address is 2843 South County Trail, East Greenwich, RI 02818.
What we collect
When you request a quote, the quote form asks for:
- what's going on with your roof (for example a leak, an old roof, or storm damage)
- the type of home you have
- when you'd like the work done
- the zip code of the property
- your name and phone number
- your email address and any extra notes, if you choose to add them
We also see basic technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address and browser type, in our web hosting logs. We use your IP address to limit how many times the quote form can be submitted from one place, which helps stop spam.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and contact you by phone, text or email about it
- To plan, price and schedule roofing work for your home
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse
- To keep business records
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. Your request goes to our team, which shares sales and office staff with our sister company, Fence Pros Direct. We also use service providers that help us run the business, such as email, web hosting, scheduling, customer management and automation tools. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
At this time the site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may keep a small note for the length of your visit, for example so a pop-up doesn't keep reappearing. Fonts are served from this site. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you by phone, text or email, at any time. To do that, email us at sales@fenceprosdirect.com or call us at 401-552-4845.
Children
This website is meant for homeowners and isn't directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
